We are April and Andy. April has dove head first into baking with "Chappell Dough". I've dove head first as Lead Quality Control Officer!
Chappell Dough started it all... She came to us from Bread Sheeran in a class April attended in 2025. She LOVES King Arthur Bread Flour and purified water. She is super strong and HOTTOGO!
