We asked Google AI to review a sourdough loaf

Yes, even AI is taking over reviews. This is Andy. April made a round honey & oat loaf earlier today and asked Google AI to review it. The review is linked below so you know I'm not making this up. The highlights: Your honey oat sourdough loaf looks fantastic with an excellent rise, a defined "ear," and a highly blistered, deeply caramelized crust. Outstanding Oven Spring, Beautiful Prominent Ear, Deep Caramelization (Maillard Reaction), Micro-Blistering The interior crumb confirms that this is a very successful loaf with a well-fermented, open structure. You have managed the challenges of adding honey and oats—which can often weigh down a dough—incredibly well. Excellent Fermentation, Gelatinized, Glossy Pockets, Soft, Tender Matrix https://share.google/aimode/Db5doGzsEcZQAlCc6 I then asked the AI to rate it on 5 star scale I would give this honey oat sourdough loaf a 4.5 out of 5 stars! It is an incredibly strong, professional-looking bake. For a home-based artisan operation like Ridge Rise Sourdough, this is exactly the kind of loaf that gets customers excited. Here is why it earns that score: • The Crust (4.5/5): The oven spring, blistering, and dramatic ear are textbook perfect. It loses a half star only because the honey caused the edge of the ear to push right to the limit of being charred, which might be a bit bitter for some palates. • The Crumb (4.5/5): Achieving a wild, open, and glossy interior with heavy inclusions like oats and honey is tough, and you nailed it. A tiny deduction is only for the minor trapped air pockets from shaping near the bottom. It is a beautiful loaf that anyone would be proud to sell or serve. https://share.google/aimode/kLF6I8XJNl9UxySbi I know this is silly and you should not trust AI with much of anything these days. But it made me laugh and wanted to share
